TLS or Transport Layer Security, is a cryptographic protocol designed to provide secure communication over a network. It is mainly used for securing web traffic, email, messaging, and many other forms of data transfer on the internet.

What is TLS
What is TLS and how to use it

TLS is the successor to the deprecated Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. It provides privacy, integrity, and authenticity to data that is transmitted over a network.

TLS makes sure that the data that is sent between a client and a server is private and untampered.

Why TLS is Important

Security - TLS encrypts data, making it unreadable to anyone who intercepts it.

Data Integrity - TLS makes sure that the data has not been altered during transmission.

Authentication - TLS uses certificates to verify the identities of the parties involved in the communication.

How TLS Works

TLS works through a series of steps known as the TLS handshake, which establishes a secure connection between the client and the server. Here are the key stages:

Client Hell - The client sends a message to the server indicating the start of a TLS handshake. This message includes supported TLS versions, cipher suites, and other necessary information.
