Dear Miss Allgood,
thank you for taking the time to trying to answer my question so eloquently. I understand that, in order to face my fears I need to identify them first and that our ever avoiding mind tries everything to hide them from view.
However, this is not my problem. I think I know my fears. I am sure I know my fears. But what then? What can I do to face them? What exactly? What does it really mean to „face your fears“?
That is what I am trying to get answered.
