How about a blogging workflow?

Consider the idea of having multiple topics that you want to share. Propose it to your team with each member having their own expertise shared. Here is an example:

Consider a team of 5,

1)Idea generator (thats usually me!);

2) The Pro writer who can simplify complex thought into succinct language.

3) The Animations/Graphics/GIFFY grabber: a resource who can find the right image to describe the thought / idea

4) The reviewer: A team effort really, however only after one who represents the company’s social and content profile has reviewed (so that no rules are broken etc)

5) the prolific promoter: Social king/queen who promotes your blog and solicits social feedback.

This way, everyone gets involved; everyone interested can share their thoughts (unique talents and perspectives) with others ; and everyone can gain the knowledge the other 4 in the group may have. i.e how did you do them graphics son??! Can i learn??

Sharing isnt for everyone — but sharing is caring and caring IS for everyone. A group solution can share the love within the group and outside with a clean targeted message.
