Thanks for this informative article. I too used to dread the mornings at work ( I am not a morning person ), until I created a ritual that involved working out, a wake-up music album, and a long walk to work where I listened to podcasts, and it has helped me quite a bit.

One other thing I realized is that the cover image was taken from one of the dirt roads leading to Song-kol in Kyrgyzstan, where I was earlier this summer.
