At least they include a call for more research into metastatic, late-stage cancer.

But it is ridiculous how long (40+ years) promising research on, for example, methionine restriction, has never advanced to human clinical trials.

Anticancer, Inc. has a patent on methioninase backed up by years of encouraging research showing it as significantly effective alongside chemo.

Yet Anticancer, Inc. cannot begin clinical trials due to lack of funding. Clinical trials for methioninase seem to perfectly fit the #1 suggestion to invest in “on the cusp” research. I certainly hope that The Cancer Moonshot recognizes this opportunity and comes through with the funding. Countless lives of current and future metastatic patients depend on it.
