Parliamentary group warns that global fossil fuels could peak in less than 10 years

The thing that is most disappointing is the blindness of these politicians to technology that enables us to recycle all of our waste and produce new materials as well as fuels and energy. I am going to list a few here: Thermal Depolymerization from Changing World Technologies, Plasma Gasification, Pyrolysis, Waste to Energy from Envirepel, Brine recycling for desalination from IES Technologies. There are many options for complete recycling of all materials in our waste. Many of these technologies require capitalization for further R&D to ensure full commercialization. Our inability to see waste as a resource is our detriment. Waste recycling closes the loop and enables us to have limitless potential because it does produce jobs and ensures energy, fuel and re-manufactured raw materials. For years, I studied the technology and found what was lacking were the last steps of testing and perfecting the processes. It was like once it was close to working, funding dried up and lots of other strange things happened. Until we are serious about taking advantage of all of our resources, waste included, we are not talking seriously about environmental policies and insuring our long term prosperity. These waste resources threaten the fossil fuel extractors, and I suspect this may be why they have not been allowed to completely develop.
