Lenovo Customer Support Sucks ! Waiting from 2 months

I am writing to you after a lot of mails and service visits from your team and the issue remaining as it is.

17th May, is the first time I raised a request to escalate and you had looped in Diana to take care of the request. Today we stand on 10 August, almost close to 3 months and it’s very sad that even after multiple services the issue has not been resolved.

No doubt Diana is doing a wonderful job to get this sorted, but its really frustrating when you don’t have a proper laptop to use for the 3 months.

This laptop I purchased was my first one and I purchased this from my savings over multiple years. I am now regretting my decision to buy a Lenovo over any other players in the market.

Just to give you a jist of the case history, at first the motherboard was replaced, then the Hard disk, then the recovery drive, then again the motherboard along with display cable. Due to the last change of the display cable, my screen got burnt due to overheating.

Now my laptop is with Lenovo team for the past 6 days and I have no idea as to what part is being replaced.

It is really disappointing to see such service. Please help me understand how do you expect me to keep calm without a laptop for 3 months?
