Still anger

A [self-confident] fool utters all his anger, but a wise man holds it back and stills it. (Proverbs 29: 11, Amplified Bible)
Uttering all my anger! How many times? Lots, many too many! May Wisdom rein me in and reign in me, stilling my anger. And may Wisdom keep me out of the situations that most provoke me!
