Stop the overuse of overflow menus

I use all the gmail overflow options occasionally and like them hidden because it keeps my gmail uncluttered. I believe without knowing the actual data about % of clicks on these hidden items, we can’t validate your criticism. Unless these items are used by considerable percentage of users, it’s good to put them under the hood. I agree we need to think how to get rid of them, how you re-design that can be thought through again, but these these overflows items are here to stay.
