Sorry for delayed response — I Bootstrapped the weights, but kept on changing them using the feedback on CTR.
There is no ‘right’ weight, you may try to give a heuristics based weights ( eg 0.8 for visits and 0.3 for orders) and validate the results of sort order with business/category managers. You can also make it a little more complex by including a decay function for the variable for days since launch.
