My little cousin (who is taller than me and like, 25) is getting married soon, and I decided that now is the time to learn woodworking at my father’s knee (I don’t plan to be a freeloading older millennial living at home much longer) and craft them a wedding gift. So tonight I’m going to one or more hardware stores looking for nice wood: $50-$100? (I have no idea of what hardwood costs?!) I may take myself out to dinner and a movie later, $30.
Tomorrow will be learning the aforementioned woodworking (free, after wood purchase), cooking chile verde ($0–5, depending on if I need more tomatillos), and general grocery shopping ($50–100).
I may finally get to the museum on Sunday to see an exhibit that’s leaving at the end of the month. If so, that’s probably $70 for a membership and $15 for museum-adjacent food. Or nothing. I may get lazy and watch TV while knitting all day and call that “productive”.
Total: $130–320
