Hormonal and other bodily differences are already taken into account in any energy balance discussion. Two people standing next to each other can have basal metabolic rates varying by 200–300 calories per day. This is known.

You can go pay a few thousand dollars to get your specific metabolic rate calculated, but for most of us it’s better just to estimate (using any number of online calculators) and then adjust up or down based on actual evidence.

Your theory doesn’t seem to have anything behind it except your own personal biases and feelings. You’re just guessing and for some reason are assuming that your guesses and opinions are as good as those of experts.

We’re in an era where no one trusts experts. People believe vaccines cause autism, GMO crops will mutate you, the Earth is flat, and that a Hilary runs a pedophile ring. Please don’t add to the distrust of experts by thinking that your opinions are better than their facts.
