A good article but it makes the mistake of assuming there’s some sort of bias or discouragement of women in tech. No there isn’t, women have all the opportunities, in fact more as they’re actively encouraged more than men, but Damore was correct there are scientifically established biological differences between the genders.
The elephant in the room is the motivation behind the PC move to equalise gender in tech.
Basically the ‘elite’ want to create a one world government and in order to do that they need to destroy the current dominant cultural/economic systems standing in the way. The West is that system. Destroying the family is key to their divide and conquer agenda as it forms the backbone of societal cohesion and thus they promote feminism and gender fluidity to destroy traditional gender roles leading to non-complimentary gender roles leading to less marriages and less families.
With broken/less families people can’t turn to family for support thus they turn to the state.
Attacking white males is also paramount as they symbolise the Western rise to dominance, it also divides the west as part of the divide and conquer agenda. Creating a more female-dominated society is important as propaganda works on emotion and women are more emotive thinkers thus society would be more easily manipulated.

Men are more likely to challenge authority and are physically more dangerous so subjugation and feminisation of men is key from that aspect also.
The Communist/Marxist agenda involves destroying all aspiration, economic mobility, evaluation on merit, quality and liberty. We must fight cultural Marxism at every turn, it’s pure evil.
