This is not the first time I’ve read good things about Romania regarding its culture, tech industry…
Tristan Eason

There are Americans everywhere. I live in the next country over from Romania: Moldova.

Bucharest is not a bad city by any means. I was just there for 2 weeks earlier in the month. It’s a very livable city in the center. The culture is more Western Europe than Eastern Europe in the center: it’s possible to buy a half-way decent croissant even. There are things to do, places to go, places to drink and dance. (My friends and I used to go to Bucharest when we wanted to go out: clubs and bars are more relaxed than they are in Moldova. )
