A year after I joined I finally became so frustrated with this issue that I decided to make it my personal mission to find a solution. Surely crossing the arms and accepting that design doesn’t scale couldn’t be the only answer.

I have found that while frustrating situations like this can lead to really productive projects/efforts. This is a great reminder to look at frustrations or situations that seem hopeless with a lens of what we can start and do to address the issues and help bring about a resolution.
