You Shouldn’t Have to Wear a Suit to Make Them Take You Seriously
Candice Aiston

I might be going off the rails here, but I’m sick of people treating others with respect, or lack thereof, simply because they’re wearing a certain level of nice clothes. I’m not saying one should go around wearing gwar shirts to job interviews, there is a time and place, but having to wear a suit to say…. prove your innocence in a court of law or even just to prove you’re the right candidate for a job is pretty insane. These things should be proven by evidence.

By the way… I was in jury duty awhile back, and the prosecuting attorney was a) a blonde female who wore a dress aand not a suit, and b) one of the best lawyers I’ve ever heard. She could have made her case in sweats and we would have found her arguments just as compelling.
