6 Guide Lines for Moving Up in Career
Form the Amal Academy course of 12 tips to manage and maximize your career and there were 6 tips for moving up in the career. These 6 tips are

3. Take control of your relationship with your boss and team members
4. Find a mentor and manage the relationship strategically
5. Join a professional body and build your network
6. Embrace change and reflect on what you are learning daily
In order to learn these tips in a better way and get some knowledge I connected to one of my senior Habib ur Rehman. He is working in DISCON from 5 years. I texted him on mobile in order to get time he got ready and I called him on Wednesday night at 9 PM and told him goal, what currently I’m doing what I want to ask and sheared these points and asked him to give his opinion. He told me that professional life is very difficult there are many things which are against you, you have to face now challenges daily, you have to deal with different people daily and many other things. He said that you have to take each step very carefully and have to take decisions boldly. He said that these points are right you must have to act upon these points in order to succeed in your professional life. He also explained these points in a well manner and suggest me to act upon these points.
This was a learning experience for me. As he told me that what the environment in the industry are, how we have to deal people, what are our duties in the industry and many other things. I hope this experience will help me in my job.
