It is rotating image after cropping
Adnan Yusuf

when you take a vertical picture from an iPhone, in the EXIF Data (i.e meta data) of that image, it says to rotate 90 degree while displaying so the photo viewer application like Photos in iOS reads that EXIF Data and displays the image accordingly, while the image is not actually vertical. so, you have to manually rotate the actual image before cropping the image.
