Your nervous system is a complex network of nerves that controls all of your body’s functions, from your heart rate to your thoughts and emotions. Your nervous system is responsible for controlling your ability to move, breathe, see, think, and so much more. It’s also responsible for your emotional state. When your nervous system is out of balance, you may experience symptoms like anxiety, depression, fatigue, and difficulty sleeping.

Unfortunately the way our society’s expectations, as well as stimulation, can really disrupt our nervous system. This is why most of us can experience a chronic fight-or-flight response. However the more we are in this response, the more disconnected we can feel from ourselves and our overall well-being

This is why in order to FEEL GOOD and CONNECTED, you must regulate your nervous system. This is what I teach you to do on my channel @aatmikjourneytoself on Instagram

Regulating your nervous system is an important step towards improving your physical and mental health. The good news is that you can regulate your nervous system and improve your overall well-being. Here are 5 things that happen when you regulate your nervous system:

  1. Your memory and learning improve
  2. You are able to have a sound sleep throughout the night
  3. You decrease inflammation in the body, as well as release trapped emotions from the body
  4. you are going to believe in yourself and your capabilities more
  5. you feel a sense of peace and calm in your life even if your environment hasn’t changed

These are the things that happened to me when I worked on regulating my nervous system. It’s a day-to-day job and with the right knowledge and tools, you can too!
