I’m guessing you’re assuming that their personal values and moral compass is well intentioned. I also work with many business leaders and sometimes I’m surprised to find that, apart from what you mention in the article, they already started with a set of very toxic personal values about success, fairness, equality, etc. How do you fix that more personal aspect of it?
