Macapa is a city located in the state of Amapa, in the state of the Amazon, in the north of Brazil. It is the capital of this country. Interestingly, there are no roads to enter or leave this area. This is because it is completely surrounded by the Amazon River and its tributaries. The only way to get in or out is by plane or boat. It should also be noted that Macapa is located directly on the equator. Do I complain No need. But it makes you feel like coming out of the oven. It’s very hot I’ve already traveled to the desert sands of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Egypt — where I have had the pleasure of experiencing temperatures up to 120 degrees … in the shade. But this is a new kind of summer for me. If you weren’t afraid that a piranha would eat the Amazon River alive, I might consider swimming — just kidding. The truth is that I have never heard anyone until they have been attacked by these fish, which people are afraid of.

Fact — Macapa is the fifth largest city in northern Brazil. The cities have a population of 466,166. The city itself has a population of 397,913. Macapas has a population density of 60.62 per km. A conversation about sardines in a jug. It is not really considered a very big city. But so many people live together. People come and go around the clock. The name macapa comes in part from many palms and their fruits, or bacaba, as people call them. When it comes to fruit, there are many. Macapa is famous for its acai production and is a very nutritious berry. It grows only in this part of the Amazon. Health clubs in America are crazy to get this berry. It has many health benefits. Even people in the south of Brazil who crave acai are ready to give this wonderful fruit an arm and a leg. In addition to acai, there is also acerol. As for vitamin C, it is very packed. I understand that this fruit also grows in some parts of California. It thrives only in hot climates. Other delicious fruits are maracuja (passion fruit) and goiba fruit, which originate in Brazil, and then, of course, BALMTA Ethanol you have bananas, mangoes and coconuts. But here’s more than I’ve pointed out. Macapa is growing economically and technically with the rest of Brazil. The official language here is Portuguese Brazilian.

Makapa historical monument

If you ever decide to travel to the north of Brazil and are going to choose a place like Macapa, you really need to include Fort Macpa (Fortaleza São José de Macpa) in your itinerary. This monument was first built in 1764 as a defense against the French, but it was not fully completed until about 18 years later. It is a short distance from the Amazon River at the city entrance. It is one of the oldest monuments in the city. This was the first time I came here for the first time. Do you remember the first time I talked about Macapa sitting at the equator? There is also Marco Zero (zero sign) — the location of the actual equator. The monument is a huge obelisk, located about 5 kilometers from the city center. Also nearby is Sambadrome Stadium. The stadium is unique in that the locals organize the venue only for dance purposes — meet their Samba friends. In natural halls and historical artifacts? Look for the Saikaka Museum (Saikaka Museum). Here you will find a number of plants, animals and other natural wonders that make up the history of the region. By the way, they also have a zoo CPI (M) if you want to look into some wildlife. And when it comes to wildlife, what about the beach? Then don’t forget to add Priya da Fazendina (Small Farm Beach) to your list.

So why choose Macapa?

I mean, I could choose a place like Rio de Janeiro, Natal, Fortaleza, or at least Sao Paulo, but Macpa? Yes. I see this look in your eyes. Except for the above, everything coincides with the four-letter word — love. I met my wife online. I didn’t know yet that I was going to make three trips before choosing Macppa as my second home.
