Day 2

How do you know for sure that I have Fibromyalgia?
There isn’t an actual diagnosis test, the doctors just rule out every other option by doing blood tests, so that means constantly having to go to the doctors appointments without actually knowing whats going on with yourself for weeks on end. The patient must go through three or more months worth of swelling or pain before being referred to the Rheumatologist above or below the waistline. If you are diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, make sure you ask “How sure are you?” instead of “Are you sure?” because sometimes you may not get as much of the answer as you’d like.

Most of the prognosis is based on your long term health outlook. Fibromyalgia, although it seems like it will kill you some days, it wont, Although it will cause you chronic pain and it may make you want to stay in bed for the rest of your life but getting outside for a while is good for you.

Exercise like swimming is great for your joints, try to go about 3/4 days a week if possible, then you'll see a significant change in how much pain you're in. Try to get a hobby if you are unable to work so it keeps you busy and you wont be thinking about how much pain you're in.

Thanks for reading :)
