Holevent is a platform built to help people get the most out of their holidays by exploring & experiencing events around them with their loved ones, while keeping accessibility & ease of use in mind.

Problem Statement
People usually want to enjoy their time during the holidays somewhere they like through different outlets such as events but the lack of platforms & tools that specialize in showcasing holiday events in different areas causes frustration, this results in many people giving up during their search & missing out on unique experiences . This is a problem because users miss out on a great time during the holidays while event-holders end up losing out on potential clients & potential income.

Competitor analysis
Competitor analysis is a great way to figure out the pros and cons and what can we capitalize on to make our product better, in this case our main competition are Eventbrite and Fever.
User Personas
To make the personas & due to lack of time, I tried to create base the feedback on reviews made by different clients about our competitors.
User flow
User flow shows the paths that our clients can take to navigate around the product. Since this is a small platform, the user flow is pretty simple and can always be improved with new features to make the user experience even better.
