How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie is very informative book. I have learned so many things from it, which I want to share with you.

Chap-1: “Do This And You’ll Be Welcome Anywhere”

In this chapter Carnegie wrote about his own childhood. He told us that how much his beloved dog was sincere with him. Because the sincerity was its nature.

A human mind want fame and attention. As an infant always want to care him, when his mother little busy in her work, he begin to cry. Because he need attention and care.

Similarly, We should take interest in people because they need care and attention. An employer also need love of employee with his company because his love leads him towards sincerity and a company always need sincere employee.

If we prefer “Interested” then people feel you interesting and you also will be able to gain their attention.
