Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro:
Pomodore techniques are an amazing and very helpful technique for the mental relaxation and time management. The main thing that covers in Pomodoro is the time management and mental relaxation that build more productive mindset.
This technique remained very help full for me because I never use this sort of technique before. Like I’ve to manage the time for my internship and Final year project. I set 25 minutes timer and start doing work on my project. After when the timer rang, I stopped and take a 5 minutes break. I also check the list of remaining task that I had planned to complete in first timer. Similarly I repeat this timer thrice and after that I come to know that how to manage the time on the particular situation and moment.
