NASA Alberta detected the frozen ice in the moon.

Washington Scientists using NASA’s Lunar Arbiter’s findings have discovered the rough structure near the South Pole of the Moon, which is so cold that it can have any surface like ice in its surface.
In a study published in General Icarus, its chief author Elizabeth Fisher said that we found that the coldest place near the south pole of the moon is also very bright and it can point to the presence of an ice-layer.
This item appears to be sloppy and thin in snow. And it is possible that the soil of the surface has got mixed with dust, dust and small rocks.
