Working Remotely in Developing Countries: Is it possible?

I agree with most of these things here. I have been working remotely for about months now and I absolutely love it. I feel more productive at home, enjoy the quiet and can focus so much better than the times I’m at the office. Granted I miss being around my team members, and having a sense of “community”, I feel like that balances out the couple days every month that I do spend working from the actual office. One thing that I struggled with for a long time is the blurred lines between work time and non-work time: when you work at a premises and leave at 5, you leave everything behind. For a long time I couldn’t do that, and I felt like I was working 24x7. Then I finally moved, and built a little nook with a desk — a home office, so to speak — and now I only work when I’m at my desk, and it’s great!! Can’t imagine going back to regular 8–6 lifestyle.
