Interview Ethics and Preparations

Ready for the Mission

We are presenting such a topic that’s always matter in every person life, the day that is very important for all of us that is the day of interview. In my experience i learn a lot with a meeting with HR from a well Reputed company that is a “Descon Engineering Limited”. In the meeting with Mr. Asad we learn a lot about the culture and environment of organization, how the people are working?, how they are connected and support each other like integrated parts of engine.

we learn a lot about the professionalism like how the people are dress up, how the people are argue each other and how they support each other. I am inspired by the values and the rules they are Practicing . I want to share an experience when i entered in the office i start walking on the road instead of walking on side footpath then a guard rush toward me and said that in the premises of this organization on body is allowed to walk on road, i am really inspired by their discipline.

Our team has a list of Question, but before going to the interview with Mr. Asad (HR) we all make a list of questions and add one question from everyone .

Questions :

Q: What are the points on which they are majorly selected the candidate?

Q: What is the criteria for checking a candidate is pretending or have passion for this organization?

Q: What sort of material required before coming to interview?

Q: which part of this organization makes it unique from other companies?

Expert openion

After a very informative conversation with Mr. Asad we got some points. They have a good experience of analyzing a candidate, is the cadidate is real or fake? they simply talk on a general topic with candidate and start giving arguments on that topic if the candidate just only followed their openion and doesn’t share about his ideas to argue, then they get the point candidate is not so passionate and real as he/she is pretended. So we conclude we must have our own opinion in any issue. They are mainly focus on three parameters that we conclude are “ Passion, Skills, Fit ”. So we need to work on these parts and one thing that is very important describe them in a systematic way that whole story interlinked, set a short and simple example of life for explanation on these points. Mr. Asad explained about all the companies are working according to their designed schedule but the thing that’s makes a company unique is it’s staff and working environment and it’s really supporting us regarding new experiences

we are really appreciated by the HR for such a good meeting with him, just because of the professional ethics like how to connect with any person, how to greet and how to present ideas and how to leave somebody by thankyou email that’s all are appreciated by him and we are very thankful to AMAL Acadmey for such a good training.
