“Eat a live frog every morning, and nothing worse will happen to you for the rest of the day.”

Your frog is your most important task. In other words, it’s the activity that will give you the most results.

I did not know about this technique before doing the online course. This technique is basically to fight procrastination and time management by converging your concentration on the task.

Applying this technique for the first time was exciting and it proved to be very productive as before this I was not so much focused on any task no matter of how much importance. There always came a time when I got distracted in some things and lost focus on work. But today while doing this Amal Project work, I followed this technique and remained much focused on the task. Some distractions came in my mind and in my surroundings such as Facebook, Texts, Whatsapp, feel like singing a song, people chatting around me and desire to lay down and watch a movie. But as it was a challenge that I took, I quickly came back to my work without being practically involved in these distractions. This was difficult to do as I always became involved in the distractions in the past. But it was worth it.

I am surprised after this activity that I have done a lot of work as compared to my previous work amount and it was a quality work too. My focus was only to project work and did a lot amount of work which I would have done in 2 days if I remain attached to my previous habit of doing work. It’s really a fruitful technique to efficiently utilize the time and do some quality work.

I will say special thanks to Amal Academy for delivering us these very useful techniques. It is really a helpful technique.
