I think this needed to be written. I have seen so many internet “arguments” where people have been accused of being a grammar Nazi (a horrible term by the way) as if writing in a readable fashion is, well, out of fashion. And indeed, it may be.
Look at how the English language is being reduced and people cannot even write about their emotions but now are “up in their feelings,” and having “the feels.” And in education where I work, kids only know two emotions: anger, and not anger (actually, they don’t use the word angry, they use mad).
I long for the days when people could distinguish between too and to; their/there/they’re, and know that there is no should of. That is the type of shit that turns me on.
