You included @meteorjs in your post from January about JavaScript frameworks (which Meteor certainly is!) but I’d certainly argue that it’s a candidate for recognition as a JavaScript build tool as well considering that’s one of its most accomplished tasks!

It handles the job of multiple tools included above, including the building, bundling, dependency analysis and use of Node.js modules in the browser — even cutting-edge ECMAScript features like dynamic import(...) statements which allow for exact code-splitting. 😃
