Ashes

Seismic activity in the mind,

Calm Ocean a thing of yore,

Bulging veins , suffocated indeed,

Abandoning home, they seek to explore.

Roots are shaking; green lips chattering,

Arms are trembling; chair steady no more,

Black intestines are gurgling; walls are cracking,

Forces of “ Nature” are ascending the throne.

Sphewing venom they rise from the grave,

Burning the burnt , and then they rave,

Message from the Almighty they claim,

Tower of Silence is what they aim.

Aim achieved , no joy they feel

Contended maybe, but uneasy they feel

Alas,

Ashes erupt for ashes sake,

Ashes remain in ashes lake.
