“I gotta do something mom.I am getting addicted to that wretched phone.” So I decided I will not be using my phone,because I realised ‘it’ started using me and I kind of switched off my phone and locked it up.This had to be done at Least till my exams got over.Trust me that day felt so unusual.I kept myself preoccupied with other things and just kind of diverted myself from thinking about it and believe me you will have all the time in the world for so many things.So the point is you need to realise that we are the ones who produce phones and their purpose is fruitful only on limited usage,cause “one day when you look up from your phone your world would have entirely changed” .
