Your observations are quite accurate. I think I exaggerated myself a little in the 3rd point due to the recent experiences with the healthcare professionals. :D
I agree that great leaders have great schedules so that they are able to get the best out of the 24 hours.
Prioritising, on the other hand, I feel is more of a hit and trial process.
I am still learning. All of us are. And following the Build-Measure-Learn cycle, it’s crucial for all of us to project ourselves in the right direction by taking the right things out of it.
