It was the summer of ’93, The air was warm and the climate icky,
You held me tight and round we went.
I yawned to find your head was bent.
Proud of things I could not see,
you told me about the mystery and taught me how to hold a pen
So I drew on the walls and made new friends.
I slept under the table because the bed was rough.
until you caught me and the game was up.
I walked on four and I walked on two,
Till I could stand and have this dance with you.

It was the summer of ‘93,

Round we danced as I fell asleep.
