Last Month, on International Yoga day — class had planned to do 25 Sun Salutations. We usually do 15-16 rounds. I was confident to complete 25. Rather overconfident. After the 20th round, my body started to pain. But, I was reluctant to stop. Yes, I completed 25 of them. But, my body was paining the whole day.
Teachers often say — do not overstretch in Yoga. Listen to your body and mind :)
