I think it’s important to consider that for a few of us (or many?) that working on-site can provide an escape from home-life that contributes to a healthy work/life balance.

Having worked from home for the last year I have also found myself being easily distracted in an environment designed to make me feel “at home,” despite having a dedicated office room. A soft couch, large TV, and loaded kitchen are always only a room or two away!
