Automating Cover Letter Generation with Spring Boot, Spring AI, and OpenAI

As a job seeker, writing cover letters can be a time-consuming and tedious task. Each job application requires a unique cover letter tailored to the specific job listing and company. To make this process easier, I’ve created an automated cover letter generator using Spring Boot, Spring AI, and the OpenAI API.
The application takes in a resume and job listing, uses the OpenAI API to generate the content, and returns the cover letter in a Microsoft Word file format. It is completely Dockerized for easy deployment and includes Swagger for ease of use.
