Chidebere Onyebuchukwu also known as Chidi (Nov, 9. 1996) was born into a family of 6 being the second oldest child. He was born in the county of Togo and spent his early years there until his family moved back to Nigeria, Imo state where his family is originally from at the age of 10 years old and has lived in Imo state till date.
Chidi has always had the desire to learn new things, explore and serve others right from a tender age, in the year 2008 back in his village in okigwe in imo state, he had the opportunity to help a pregnant lady give birth in a bush, at the age of 12 with no experience whatsoever, I asked Chidi what went through his mind and he said “that was the scariest day of my life” but because he was the only person around to help the lady, he did what he could to help and. he remained happy because he was there at the time, “I would say that it was an heroic act of courage.” It definitely was Chidi.
His later works with a great desire to serve, Chidi decided to serve a full-time mission for two years (2015 — 2017) at the age of 19, for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, he returned honorably from Côte d’Ivoire Abidjan west mission, serving and returning from a mission has been his major achievement and becoming a student in Ensign College studying Communication has been his life long goal which he is currently pursuing to become a professional digital marketer.
Chidi’s career continued as he focused on his goal of studying to become self-reliant in establishing himself to get a good-paying job to take care of his family. He has worked with a series of IT companies remotely and currently works at iBCScorp, a software development, and digital marketing agency. He loves his job because it is in line with his goal and he works closely with his mentor and role model. His current employer is his inspiration, he inspires him to grow into a successful person and to achieve his goal, allowing him to learn by teaching and giving him the tools and skills he needs. improve himself and also encouraging him as he works towards starting up his own digital company in the future.
Having an open mind to learn and embrace new opportunities. has brought so much experience to his life from learning a new language (French) while serving a full-time mission to being on the pathway to success as he seeks to live the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ as much as he can and to serve effectively in his community and the Church, his journey in the university is not left out as it is a part of his passion to learn.
Nouriel Gino from Forbes business council advised that “None of us want to waste our time with mundane tasks that don’t feed our spirit or provide sustenance to our inner core, follow your passion and realize your dream”. Emphasizing self-improvement and awareness in the pursuit of what you desire.
Chidebere Onyebuchukwe is living an exemplary life by following his heart’s desires and dreams. He lives a simple life every day with the thought of what he deeply wants sticking in his mind and heart “I live a boring life now from the house to work and then to church, nothing exciting happens” notwithstanding he also loves to learn new tools and tasks in other to help himself learn and become better at what he does, he loves to sleep and rest when he can for the sake of his mental health, loves to go on long walks in the evening and would love to travel places in the future. He is single and considers himself fit and ready to date “I’m in search of a responsible lady to settle down with”. He considers himself a career-driven person and has been working hard to make his life better for himself and his family. “I want to learn so much more and I want to become good at what I do ” he said, “that’s why I love to surf the Internet.” Such an admirable lifestyle.
