SAQARRA CITY

Saqqara, also spelled Sakkara, is a vast, ancient burial ground in Egypt, located about 30 kilometers south of modern-day Cairo. It is most famous for the Step Pyramid of Djoser, which was built around 4,700 years ago and is considered one of the oldest stone structures in the world.
