Marines believe that no *marine* should be left behind (dead or alive), but have on several notable occasions left their still alive countrymen in arms behind. That is just another example of the problematic separatism that permeates the entire marine corps.

It's an excellent tool for independent missions that are focused on f-cking something up (and they do that more efficiently and cheaper than the other branches), but they truly suck at cooperation. They really need to learn that skill in order to leverage their advantages.
