1. Figure It Out

Whether you’re juggling clients who are a few time zones away or trying to connect with a friend about an exciting new venture before your 9-to-5 day job kicks in, time zone juggling shouldn’t be another thing you need to add to your todo list.

Figure It Out makes it easy (and pretty) to see up to 10 timezones of your choosing. Every time you open a new tab, you’ll be greeted with a beautiful gradient of all the times in the world. 🙌 🎨

2. The Great Suspender

When’s the last time you had 20+ tabs open in one browser? Now? Ok, cool. Same.

Let’s face it, you put your computer through a lot. Give it a break with The Great Suspender. This extension suspends your unused tabs to free up system resources and memory on your computer. When you’re ready to return to that article you meant to read six days ago, it’ll be there. All it needs is a little click to wake up.

3. Pomodoro Timer

Haven’t heard of the Pomodoro Technique yet? Let’s enlighten you.

The Pomodoro Technique helps you manage your time and increase productivity by chunking out 25 minutes to focus on one task. Then you take a little break, and if you haven’t finished yet, give it another Pomodoro.

The Pomodoro Timer app helps you name and time your tasks, making it easier to review what work you did when. Really any app or timer works for this — find the one that works for you.

4. Boomerang

If time travel is up your alley, then Boomerang is the app for you!

With Boomerang for Gmail, you can schedule messages to be returned or sent at a later date — like magic ✨. From scheduling invoices to meeting follow ups, it’s perfect for anyone who needs an assistant to manage everything you do but doesn’t have the dough to afford one.

5. Gorgias Templates

It’s pretty likely that your side hustle includes sending a lot of emails — like a lot of emails.

With Gorgias, you can create pre-written email templates that are accessible with just a few swipes of your keys using shortcuts. Gorgias will help you increase the amount of emails you’re able to send, while still maintaining the personal touch that’s needed to get those replies in your inbox.

6. Email Signature by about.me

It’s been established — you’re sending a lot of emails, especially to people who may not even know who you are.

With our Chrome extension, you can turn your about.me page into a simple, beautiful email signature that’s automatically added to all of your outbound emails so that anyone can get a little more context about who you are, what you do, and most importantly, how you can help them. It’s a heck of a lot better than what’s below:

Sincerely,

Your Name Here

7. 1Password

*Requires application.

It’s about time you got serious about password management. From social media logins to your driver’s license number, there are too many numbers and letters in your brain that don’t need to be wasting space up there.

1Password is without a doubt one of the best password managers out there. Their desktop app is clean and simple, and their Chrome extension autofills login information automatically, as well as asks you if you want to save info for any new service you sign up for. Put simply, it takes the thinking out of password management.

8. Buffer

You’re working on something cool — so how do people find out about it? Aside from linking to it on your about.me page 😉, are you sharing information about your work on all of your favorite social media networks regularly?

Enter Buffer.

Buffer is one of the best social media management tools out there, but their Chrome extension takes the cake. Whether you’re sharing a recent article about you or your work, or just posting a funny gif, the Chrome extension is there to make it quick and painless to share content — you don’t even need to leave the page you’re on.

9. Founder Mantras

When we’re not staring at beautifully colored time zones, we’re partial to Founder Mantras for our new tab screen.

Each time you open a new tab, you’ll be greeted with all the necessities —

  1. The date
  2. An inspiring mantra from a founder

What more could you need to kick off each task?

10. Full Page Screen Capture

Ahh — screenshots. Supposed to be simple, typically a nightmare.

Full Page Screen Capture lets you reliably capture a screenshot of your current page in its entirety.

*Mic drop.*

Probably our simplest extension on this list, this one makes a big difference when it comes to sharing mock ups, bugs — whatever you feel like screenshotting!

What’s your favorite Chrome extension? Throw a link in the comments below and maybe we’ll add it to our list!

Don’t forget to 💚 if you checked out any of the extensions above!
