This Kegco model is a solid freestanding beer dispenser that has the pouring glass rack on top. It operates quietly though you should be aware that every kegerator gives off little pops from time to time.

The company has a very good customer service which is a plus as owning one of these as your first one can be a bit freaky. I usually have good impression with companies that have good customer service because it shows that they really care and they really dedicate themselves to what they produce and sell.

It’s no doubt this model earns a place in our list of best kegerators on the market these days as it possesses many great features as below.

PROS:

  • It features a black cabinet with a decorative stainless door
  • Includes Commercial Single Gauge CO2 Regulator to help you keep your beer carbonated for a longer period of time
  • It is designed with a commercial Grade D system Lever Handle Keg Tap Coupler
  • It has a 3-inch Diameter Chrome Plated Metal Draft Beer Tower
  • Includes a brand new aluminum 5 lb. Aluminum CO2 Tank
  • Runs quietly
  • It is backed by great post-sales service
  • It’s quite easy to convert this Single Tap Kegerator into a regular Refrigerator as it has Two Wired Shelves
  • The appliance has a Reversible Door to fit your layout.
  • Keg Cooler can hold a full-size Keg
  • It includes everything you need to operate a Domestic D System Keg Tap Coupler

CONS:

  • Includes everything you need except gas
  • 3 times as expensive as the lower-end but that is understandable. It might be too ‘luxurious’ for student tailgating but it’s worth the money as the model lasts a longer time than its competitors.
  • Like all other kegerators, you need to find a local gas provider. Then is it of better comparative value than the cheaper models? I think it is; due to the fact that many people use this in commercial set up and they take a real beating. It might just look like a small bar fridge but when you open the door, there’s enough room for a small or large keg along with the gas bottle.
