In your opinion, what can citizens do about campaign finance reform? Does this issue apply at national level? If I recall correctly, Governor Scott Walker from Wisconsin was heavily supported by the Koch brothers, which in turn led to a unfortunate state of affairs policy wise.

How can an individual best affect change in this regard, it is obviously a critical issue for us all.
