Sahara Desert

The Sahara Desert is the largest desert in the world, covering an area of over 3.6 million square miles. It is located in North Africa, spanning across several countries including Algeria, Chad, Egypt, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Western Sahara, Sudan, and Tunisia. The desert has a diverse range of wildlife including camels, gazelles, and hyenas, and is also home to several nomadic tribes who have adapted to the harsh desert conditions. Temperatures can reach up to 136 degrees Fahrenheit during the day, with little to no rainfall.
