The students face difficulty in getting along with the practical sphere of the working environment. This is because of the educational crisis caused by the whole system set up not for spreading knowledge but for fulfilling monetary progress of the administrating body.

Firstly, grades are considered as the only significant factor in the academic career of a student. Other skills such as adaptation, problem solving, collaboration, organization, innovation are barely given importance which are a valuable asset in the practical field.

Secondly, the proportion between theoretical knowledge and experimental work is drastic. No doubt the former lays the foundation for the latter but the experimentation should be given more weightage in the later stages of the educational career.

Thirdly, lack of counseling is another element in this regard. Students choose the field or subjects without knowing its proper scope and implementation in the practical sphere. Thus it leads to lack of interest and low productivity.

Last but not the least, not giving proper attention to creativity. The world is driven by innovation as it is a well-known proverb that “There is nothing permanent except change”. Innovative is what makes life interesting as it leads to new circumstances in the workplace which results in new inventions. So the creativity of students, who are the future of tomorrow’s world, is of great concern which should be given due attention.

The proper working of the educational system should be keenly looked at in order to increase its efficacy. The skills of students should be given proper observation and attention by making their activities, both curricular and extracurricular, efficient along with good counselling.

This is the sketch of mainly third world countries where correct and effective measures need to be taken in promoting productive educational behaviour and experimental facilities.
