Thanks for your response. We made some observations on your comment on the other blog, many of which we think apply here too.

We feel that taking some plastic waste (which has no prospect of recycling) out of the environment is a good thing as part of a range of approaches to deal with our waste problems. In preference to exporting it to other countries, for example. You may disagree with that approach, which is fair enough, but that was our view on working on this particular project.

We are keen to find ways to back solutions that can provide both an investor return and a tangible step towards a greener tomorrow. As and when other opportunities arise to back other companies in this space, we will try and bring those to you.
