4 Designs That Will Motivate You to Stay the Course

It can be due to fear, complacency, lack of motivation, or lack of direction. Whatever the cause, it’s always nice to be reminded that fate does not decide how hard you work today or what kind of attitude you have. Life will inevitably throw obstacles your way, that cannot be avoided. But how you tackle them is completely your choice.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.
I can’t put it any better than Nelson Mandela. You are the captain, life is your ship, and the sea is full of dangers. Row, or the currents will take you where they will.

It may be “cool” to be cynical and pessimistic and doubtful about life, but it won’t get you very far. If you’re going to doubt something, try doubting your limits rather than your potential. Cheers to the optimists.

Creating something isn’t always sunshine and daisies. Anyone who has dedicated themselves to a task they feel passionate about can relate. The elation at the start and end of a project is only matched by the fear and depression at the middle. Will this work? Am I wasting my time? Why is everything going wrong? Stick to it. That’s the part that matters most.
