Random Acts of Kindness
A random act of kindness is exactly what it sounds like: doing something that is kind for someone else, especially something that they are not expecting from us. It’s basically an activity to tell about your acts of kindness that you have done within 24 hours. As we heard from our childhood that “Good and lentils in river” but there is a different scanerio where I’ve an oppertunity to share the acts of kindness with my fellow fellows for the sake of sharing and spread kindness. Here I would like to share some of my acts and the feeling that I’ve experienced.

As I am doing internship at ikarobar.com which is basically a small startup where I am working with the team of 4 members. On Thursday, after the first half of the day I observed that the energy level of the team members is a bit low including me and one of the member, who is a Boss there, put his head down on table and enjoying his sleep. Suddenly an idea clicks in my mind and I went to the cafe and came up with the teabags, everyday (milk powder)and some biscuits. I make a tea for all of them and that’s a pretty good experience because it’s my first attempt to make tea at the commercial level :-D

The most attractive part of my office is the coushions and a multicolour carpet that enhances the beauty of the office. As everyone busy in his own work and no one cares about that so I spent my break time in arranging these coushions that look much better now and gives the feel of neat and clean office.

As everyone have some bad habbits so mine is that I mostly used to remove shoes in the room and my mother always point out my that habbit. So I decided to impress my mother :-D
For that, I put a sticky note on my bike’s mirror with the line written on that “Remember!! Shoes outside the room” before leaving for home.

When I just came near to my street, I saw that there are two cows standing at the entering point of the street and they just blocked the whole street in such a way that no one can pass through it. On the opposite side there is an aunty trying to come out from the street but she was afraid. I try to put the cows aside by using the horn of my bike “Peep peep” 👊. you can’t imagine that the cows were so intelligent that they respond very politely by giving the enough space to pass. I also remove the shoes outside the room and finally impressed my mom. 😔

Last but not the least, before the fundraising campaign for Edhi foundation, our group decided to go with an #extramile and the idea behind that is to design a poster for the campaign which explains our purpose of collecting money and the task was assigned to me because of my little bit experience in that field. So within couple of days I came up with a poster and shared it with the whole batch. Which was used during the campaigns and on the social media (facebook) posts for fundraising. I think this makes our Amal batch 38 different from the others.
Thankyou soo much for your time.
Stay blessed :)
