The 0.00838% paid out is backed by Stormyield Insurance Fund, this also allows for a reserve to be stored in times where there are less trades of $STY.
2. STORMYIELD Treasury: This is another part of the Stormyield-ecosyten which is important. 2.5% of the Buy and 8.5% of the sell trading fees is sent here. This funds the Research and Development of future Stormyield products, marketing campaigns, community activities, and investments in the Stormyield ecosystem. Consider it the life-blood of Storm-yield.
